A nimble and dynamic new-age digital marketing agency working with global brands, looking for a stellar Senior Performance Marketing Manager specialising in PPC to join us on a permanent basis.
To drive the next phase of growth, Vouch is looking for an experienced, analytical, hands-on, and data-driven Senior PPC Manager, specialising in PPC in order to help grow the media buying team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day to day running, innovation, growth and leadership of paid media.
With over 80% of Vouch’s revenue recurring, with low customer concentration and a below-average churn rate, Vouch continues to grow with a strong foothold in the UK and US eCommerce, hospitality, food and drink vertical.
The company is focused on growing the team from 10 and improving its infrastructure to prepare for the next phase of growth in 2024.

As a Senior PPC Manager you will be responsible for understanding the business objectives of our client accounts and translating this into effective control of paid budgets, strategies, and paid media execution.
You’ll ensure all campaigns are managed to the expected standards, utilising all relevant, available and applicable optimisation methods to ensure maximum performance. You will also work closely with the Senior Performance Manager and Senior PPC Executive, to ensure a high level of performance. In addition to team management, you will also be engaged in the continual development of Vouch's product offering to ensure we are always at the cutting edge of experimenting and performance trends.
About you
- You will have 3+ years of experience in PPC, coming from a paid media manager or performance manager role and wanting to further advance your career and experience.
- You will have extensive knowledge of at least three biddable channels – PPC, search, display, video and native – and be able to communicate with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- You are talented, passionate, friendly and enthusiastic
- You’re a team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently
- You have exceptional attention to detail, have an excellent level of written English and are highly numerate

- Analytical mind-set with strong problem solving skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Being accountable for client campaign performance across multiple channels
- Oversight and management of client assets (landing pages, creatives, CRM etc.) and automations (Zapier, CRMs, etc.).
- Communicating and collaborating with other departments including the Account Management and Creative team
- Act as client contact for anything performance related, alongside account managers
- Participating and representing the department in client, management and team-wide company meetings.
- Ownership of the full technology stack (Unbounce, HeyFlow, TypeForm, Zapier, Google Looker Studio, Whatagraph etc.) that we use to deliver client campaigns.
- Ownership of attribution, analytics and reporting internally and for clients - evolving to deal with data privacy changes.
- Understanding of tracking and tagging. Client-side and server-side
- Liaising with developers and/or technical third parties to help fulfil projects or improvements.
- Driving innovation by adopting new tools and technologies to drive efficiencies, create competitive advantage and support Vouch’s overall growth.
- Identifying opportunities for adopting AI or automation - whether for clients, internal reporting, campaign optimisation or other internal processes.
- Running monthly experiments to help scale accounts Month on Month
- Building on and enhancing internal processes, team communication and establishing SOPs
- Identifying opportunities for the team to grow, invest in training (e.g. TikTok ads, etc.)
- Help attract, develop and retain media team talent that is engaged and motivated to contribute to the company’s success.
- Upholding Vouch’s values, fostering a positive work environment and promoting an open, collaborative and supportive culture.
- Monitoring trends to identify opportunities, risks and potential threats to Vouch’s revenue or reputation (e.g. iOS updates, etc).
