You could also help organize and replace stock while keeping the bar area a clean and tidy environment. The main priority is ensuring guests have a fantastic experience they won't forget.It is important that bar and event staff are good communicators not only will they be working with colleagues but also liaising with paying customers. They must also be able to operate as part of a team, as they are likely to work alongside chefs, kitchen porters, and management.Hours can vary, and shifts may be part time. Working at weekends, in the evenings and on public holidays is the norm.
