They now have a vacancy for a Communications Administrator to provide marketing, administrative, logistics, and operational support to the Communications team. This pivotal role works across PR, Industry Relations & Events and is key to the successful running of the team. Salary up £27k to £29k, hybrid working.
Communications Administrator - Role & Responsibilities:
- Support with the administration, planning and logistics of Press trips to ensure to ensure the smooth running of all trips. To include press releases and assisting with sponsorship partnerships.
- Assist with Events & Exhibitions to include co-ordination of costs and activities, support with travel and hotel bookings, overall event logistics and administrative support, including attendance at some UK events.
- Collate weekly team revenue performance figures and assist with technical data entry.
- Assist the social media team as required.
- Collate feedback from team managers to provide monthly overview of budgets.
- General administration support to head of department, including meeting minutes, diary collation etc.
