This role is for an ambitious Finance Paralegal who will be supporting a busy Finance department within a top tier international law firm in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, which include but are not limited to legal research, contract drafting and revision, and case management.

The organisation is a top-tier international law firm.

Description

  • Support the Legal team in preparing and drafting legal documents
  • Signing and closing arrangements for financing transactions
  • Reviewing company searches and completion of company search review forms
  • Production of revised drafts of finance documents
  • Assist in the creation of legal presentations for the team and clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
  • Provide general administrative support to the Legal team
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information

Profile

A successful Finance Paralegal should have:

  • An academic background in Law or related field
  • Experience in a legal support role within a professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of finance regulations and contract law
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
