Your role will focus on carrying out routine property maintenance, completing multiple jobs per day, ensuring a best in class standard of customer service is provided to the residents and their homes in which you're working. Qualifications/Experience Required:Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or similar environment.Must have 18th edition and NVQ level 3 CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certGold card required also Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.Experience using a PDA, good IT skills with experience using job scheduling softwareWillingness to undertake a DBS check - with no unspent criminal convictionsFull, UK, manual driving licenseWhat's on offer:
