We are now seeking a talented and motivated Newly Qualified ACA Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

Job Description:

As a Newly Qualified ACA Accountant you will play a crucial role in the finance department, providing essential financial support and ensuring the accuracy of their financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA accountant looking to develop their career in a supportive and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors
  • Oversee cash flow management and financial transactions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs and budgets
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Newly qualified ACA (ICAEW) or equivalent
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop
