Commercial Business Analyst Global Pricing

Are you a systems thinker who loves turning complexity into clarity Were looking for a Commercial Business Analyst - Global Pricing to join our Pricing Centre of this pivotal role youll help scale pricing governance streamline operations and empower regional teams with the tools and data they need to drive commercial success.Reporting to the Pricing Consultant and Head of Insights youll be the operational backbone of our pricing strategy bringing structure efficiency and continuous improvement to everything we do.What youll do:Improve pricing processes to boost accuracy efficiency and compliance.Support the roll out of governance frameworks like CPQ and approval workflows.Manage pricing updates and ensure data integrity across systems.Collaborate with regional teams to align tools and processes.Support new product introductions or changes from a pricing systems perspective.Administer and enhance pricing systems (e.g. CPQ ERP modules pricing engines).Qualifications : What youll bring:Experience constructively challenging the status quo and lead diverse leadership groups through improvement initiativesExperience in pricing operations sales operations or commercial support rolesHands-on experience with CPQ systems (e.g. Salesforce CPQ Oracle PROS Vendavo)Knowledge of pricing processes and governance in B2B environmentsExcellent Excel skills and comfort with data manipulationExperience working in global or matrixed organizationsBonus if you have: Lean/Six Sigma ERP system experience (SAP Oracle) or exposure to subscription/service-based pricing.Additional Information : Benefits package includes:Hybrid - Nottingham based.Great compensation package and discretionary bonus planCore benefits include pension bupa healthcare sharesave scheme and more25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
