Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the Production/Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Perform routine operational checks and inspections. Operate plant systems and equipment following established operating procedures. Collaborate as a key member of the shift team to maintain safe and efficient plant operations. Conduct basic maintenance tasks in line with approved maintenance processes and standards. Diagnose plant issues and propose effective solutions. Carry out pre-start inspections, commissioning, and decommissioning procedures. Provide clear, accurate, and complete shift handovers. Follow and promote all safety practices and operational procedures. Assist the Production Team Leader in preparing safety-related documentation.
