The Despatch Coordinator will play an integral role in our FMCG team, overseeing the efficient management and operation of our logistics department to ensure timely delivery of consumer goods.

Description

• Supervise the despatch of all goods, ensuring they are correctly packaged and labelled.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage and maintain logistics records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
• Report on despatch activities and performance.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in despatch operations.

Profile

A successful Despatch Coordinator should have:

• A background in the FMCG industry, preferably within a logistics role.
• FLT licence and a Full, Clean, UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
