We are working in partnership with a provider of mental health support and have a permanent opportunity for a Nurse to work nights or day shifts based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.If successful, you will be working in a 19-bed specialist nursing home for men and women aged 18 and older who are suffering from enduring mental illness.This is a permanent, full time role.Alongside countless benefits and progression opportunities, our client is paying £21.78 per hour.We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RGN) with previous experience of working in dementia care. You should possess a drive for providing excellent, professional, and effective care.The role encompasses many different responsibilities, including, but not limited to: * Ensuring patient centred care plans are developed, implemented, evaluated and recorded. * Working collaboratively as Primary Nurse within the multidisciplinary team, including liaising with associated professionals and other agencies. * Facilitating daily hospital activities. * Ensuring effective communication with service users, carers, visitors, and staff. * Implementing effective use of the Mental Health act where necessary. * Maintain a learning environment. * Assist with the development and /or revision of local policies and procedures as necessary.Our client is offering a whole range of benefits, including: * Welcome Bonus of £3,000. * Annual Leave: 33 days including bank holidays. * High street discounts via HCPA Academy. * In-house training and development. * Access to career progression throughout the group. * Employer pension contributionPlease call Tom Wilson on (phone number removed) for further information
