Job Details - Project (RMS Replacement). SQL 2016 - 2022 experience with scripts/backups/restores Oracle 11G - 19C experience with scripts/backups/restores Data migration/mapping This role will be specifically working on our RMS Replacement program to replace Connect with NicheRMS so any experience of these systems would be essential. Hybrid role, mainly working from home, but will need to be prepared to come into the office 1/2 days a week, when they are required to. Provide expert advice around Force data and the technologies used to store and manage it. ·Lead on future database requirements and formulate proposals to meet the Force’s needs. ·Monitor and control requests for new work ensuring that appropriate quality and standards are maintained and work is completed in a timely fashion. ·Demonstrate and lead excellent customer service standards. ·Responsible for ensuring that incident, problem and change management procedures are adhered to, whilst finding ways to accelerate service delivery to customers. ·Develop and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders. ·Responsible for the completion of IT security remediation actions in order to support the GIRR(Governance and information risk return) for the use of national IT systems. ·Assist the Solutions Delivery management team in the identification and documentation of risks and issues. ·Provide guidance on business continuity arrangements for the Solution Delivery area of the department...
