We're partnering with a leading name in the construction sector to find a driven, people-focused Sales Manager to take the reins in the Aberdeenshire region. This is a key leadership role where you'll not only be hands-on with clients but also lead a team of talented sales professionals to new heights.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of field and internal salespeople, overseeing their activity, and ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are consistently met—or exceeded.

You'll be at the forefront of growing market share across your territory, building strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experiences every step of the way.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on leadership, strategy, and performance—and who enjoys getting stuck in when it counts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the sales team across the Aberdeenshire area
  • Monitoring individual and team KPIs and driving performance
  • Developing territory growth plans and executing sales strategies
  • Reporting on sales figures, pipeline activity, and market insights
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to shape commercial direction

Who We're Looking For:

You're an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader with a background in construction, building materials, home improvements or a related industry, with B2C experience being a definite advantage. You know how to inspire people, lead by example, and turn strategy into action.

You're commercially sharp, customer-focused, and not afraid to roll your sleeves up when the team needs support. A track record of growing sales, managing KPIs, and making a positive impact on both people and numbers is key.
