Class 2 Driver - Rates of Pay: * Monday to Friday - £16.81 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay. Class 2 Driver - Shifts and Hours: * Monday to Friday * Start Times: 06:00 am * 8 hours guaranteed per shift - average of 10-12 hours per shift Location: Coventry (This role is commutable from: Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Banbury, Southam, Kenilworth, Southeast Birmingham, Solihull and the other surrounding areas) GI Group are recruiting Class 2 Driver for a position with our client based in Coventry (CV4). The ideal candidate will be placed with our well-established client, who have operated in the area for many years. The Class 2 Driver will be placed on a temporary period between Monday to Friday - no weekends Class 2 Driver - The Role: The Class 2 Driver will be completing multi-drop runs of building materials and equipment. Due to the nature of what you are delivering, full PPE must be worn including a hi-vis, steel toe cap boots and a hard hat. No handball is expected as part of this role, with all deliveries unloaded at the delivery point by FLT. This role can also include deliveries to city centres, so any interested candidate must be willing to drive in tight and congested spaces.
