They are currently looking for a new CMM Programmer to join their small but established quality team. Commutable from Nuneaton, Warwick, Rugby, Leamington Spa and Hinckley.Duties Include - CMM ProgrammerCollaborate with production and design teams to promote customer satisfaction across all employees on site.Monitor and report Quality KPIs.Respond proactively to customer complaints and questionnaires, resolving them in a timely manner and reporting on outcomes.Work closely with the Design Team to resolve any production-related build issues.Maintain and improve existing Quality Systems.Conduct internal and supplier audits as needed.Key Skills / Experience Required - CMM ProgrammerExperience within the Manufacturing industryQuality trained with a good understanding of ISO9001Experience carrying out internal audits as per the ISO9001 standardAbility to program CMM with existing knowledge of CNC machines Competent problem solving skillsExcellent oral and written English and basic computer skillsThe Package - CMM ProgrammerStarting salary of up to £32-36K per annum, depending on experienceDay shifts, Monday to Friday including early finish FridayPensionInterested?
