Mobile Cleaner Location: Various locations Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our team and undertake cleaning duties across various premises. As part of a dynamic team, you will ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for all. Day to Day of the role: Sweep, suction clean, mop, dry buff, spray clean, wax, machine scrub and dry, strip and re-polish floors using appropriate equipment. Clean and remove stains from soft floor surfaces such as carpets and matting. Maintain toilet and shower areas, ensuring fixtures and fittings are hygienic. Clean, wash, and dust ledges, walls, fixtures, fittings, and internal surfaces up to 3.35 meters, including polishing furniture where necessary. Empty and clean internal litter bins, removing litter to designated collection points. Cover for colleagues during absences and report your own absences in accordance with procedures. Wear protective clothing and flat-soled, enclosed-toe footwear as required for cleaning duties. Use and care for cleaning equipment appropriately, reporting any defects immediately. Complete all necessary paperwork diligently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, and other legal requirements related to cleaning. Willingness to undergo training for jobs graded at a higher level when required. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to Education Authority procedures. Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Benefits: Opportunities for training and development.
