What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting the Plant Manager with daily operations, including feeding and monitoring the plant.
  • Performing routine maintenance and ensuring the site runs efficiently.
  • Planning and executing PPMs and fault repairs on pumps and motors.
  • Monitoring IT control systems and responding appropriately on-site or on-call.
  • Adhering to and responding to site processes and procedures.


What we want from you:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with complex machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to assist with the pelleting side of the business as needed.


What we’re looking for:

  • Local resident in Tiverton due to call-out requirements.
  • Prior experience in renewable energy, agriculture, or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
