Store Manager - Cross Hands

Our client are a long established and highly respected luxury retailer that are seeking to recruit a rare opportunity for a Store Manager for one of their flagship sites in South Wales.

The Role:

  • Day to day running or a large multi department retail site, Warehouse and hospitality offering
  • You will be responsible for a large team of managers, sales and logistics colleagues.
  • Your role will to be ensure the commercial driving of sales, controlling of costs, exceptional logistics and customer service and market leading visual merchandising.
  • You will seek to inspire your team to engage with your customers and the local area where this brand is highly respected and ensure customer service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything you do.

The Person:

  • You will be an existing Store Manager or Multi-Site Manager from a large footprint, multi department retail business.
  • You will have strong experience in a highly commercial, interactive sales environment.
  • Highly organised and autonomous, you will be a true leader that runs the location like your own business.
  • A highly engaging leader, who truly inspires their team.
  • The ability to manage multiple areas of the business and can display a track record of doing similar in previous role.

The Package:

Up to £68k Basic Salary + Car Allowance and OTE package.
