We work with businesses and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions to skills challenges.Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.The Benefits- Salary of £24,000 per annum- 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with service- Defined Contributory pension scheme or pension auto enrolment scheme- Employee assistant scheme- Perkbox - employee benefits and wellbeing platform- Medical cash plans- Enhanced maternity and adoption pay- Rewards for length of service- Health and wellbeing events and initiatives- Free voluntary day- Employee rewards- Free parking- Free drinksThis is a terrific opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced customer service professional to join our leading organisation in the land-based industries sector.You’ll have the chance to benefit from continuous learning and career advancement within our supportive team environment whilst enhancing your skills and working with cutting-edge systems.What’s more, we’ll provide you with a brilliant range of benefits and perks, creating a balanced work-life environment and ensuring you feel valued and supported.So, if you’re ready to take your career to the next level with a role that offers both professional growth and exceptional benefits, then apply nowThe RoleAs an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will ensure the accurate processing of customer orders for certificates and skills cards.Ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements and maintaining high-quality assurance standards, you will accurately enter learner details into the Quartz system, produce skills registration SmartCards/e-Cards and perform quality checks on your own and others’ work.You will also handle customer inquiries, deliver excellent customer service and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.Additionally, you will:- Manage incoming post- Update work instructions, policies and processes on SharePoint- Support the testing and implementation of revised working practices- Assist other areas of the Roads and Highways department with projects- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all data per GDPR requirementsAbout YouTo be considered as an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will need:- Experience working within a customer service environment- Experience maintaining quality system processes and document audit trails- Experience processing orders rapidly and accurately- Knowledge of stock re-ordering approaches, postage and courier processes- To be focused with excellent attention to detail- The ability to process high volumes of work with minimal errors- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our office location)We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
