Our client is a highly prestigious professional membership body based in Essex - they are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Membership Engagement Coordinator to join their team on a hybrid basis working in the office 3 days a week with the remaining days at home.

Working as part of the wider communications team, this is a broad role focusing on the membership community for this brilliant membership body, you will communicate with their members and look for ways of improving their activities, benefits and services as well as how they communicate with their members in their community. This role will be key in ensuring our client always provides an outstanding service to their members and stakeholders through membership communications, campaigns and data analysis.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle a number of tasks at once. Superb communication skills are a must as well as strong customer service skills. Any experience in a professional membership environment would be an advantage though this isn't essential.
