Senior Recruitment Manager


Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Manager. This role will be pivotal in supporting and driving the recruitment function and ensuring the smooth operation of a critical component of the business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and planning skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  1. Talent acquisition: Identify, source and vet talented people across a spectrum of functions to ensure our pipeline of talent is rich and deep. Knowledge of where to ‘fish’ and who to ‘fish’ for is essential.
  2. Coordination of Interviews: Schedule and coordinate and conduct interviews. Also, being responsible for selecting candidates in certain positions. Ensure all necessary arrangements are made, such as interview scheduling via MS teams and in person and providing interview materials.
  3. Team management: You will have 1-2 Recruitment Managers helping you seek talent and manage our recruitment function where we are always recruiting for field staff. Here there are 4-8 recruiters. You will be responsible for their management, training, development and performance management.
  4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any inquiries they may have. Correspond with hiring managers to communicate candidate progress and feedback.
  5. Administrative Support: Maintain recruitment databases and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Following processes within Excel and coordinating and conducting interviews, meetings and proving and presenting data.
  6. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating paperwork, scheduling training sessions, and liaising with relevant departments to ensure a seamless transition.
  7. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. This includes maintaining proper documentation and adhering to company policies.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum experience of 4 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
