As a minimum were all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons on average three days per week.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Advanced Plant Chief engineer the Assistant Chief Engineer Concepts will:Drive the management of customer scenarios and headmarks through extensive stakeholder engagementDrive the development of a portfolio of advanced plant concepts to address those scenarios and headmarks through the leadership of a team of system and concept engineersAct as the primary customer to the internal Advanced Plant analysis team for a portfolio of analysis work packages to underpin those conceptsGovern technical work in accordance with delegated authoritiesProvide periodic assurance against portfolio objectives at internal and external management reviewsWho were looking for:At Rolls-Royce we put safety first do the right thing keep it simple and make a difference.
