Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in Coventry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for industrial roles, building strong client relationships, and driving new business within the industrial sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process for industrial roles, from sourcing candidates to placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow your portfolio of industrial clients.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice and solutions.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, specifically in the industrial sector.
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on client growth and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets.
