ResponsibilitiesYoull play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:Meet greet and assist visitors/staff/contractorsCarry out regular site patrols focusing on health & safety and securityEnsuring compliance with government regulationsAssist in an emergency i.e. site evacuation and conduct staff searches where requiredAlways maintain an alert and vigilant approach to ascertain any potential threats or changes within the work environment and take the appropriate steps to reduce disruption loss or damageMaintain accurate logs/records of all visitors staff contractors couriers activities and incidentsEnsure that there is a thorough handover after each shift between Security personnelPlease note - The responsibilities listed here arent the full picturebut they give you a good sense of the role.
