Children and Young People PractitionerNewcastle upon Tyne January 2025 - Onwards The School and RoleVison for Education are seeking to appoint a Children and Young People Practitioner to join specialist SEN provisions in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Children and Young People Pracitioner you will be supporting children with special educational needs, helping to support their development and learning within the classroom.
