Your responsibilities will include contributing to the preparation and implementation of modelling team plans, delivering key actuarial projects, and providing high-quality actuarial services. You will also be expected to build and maintain positive relationships with various internal functions such as Underwriters, Finance, Claims, Ceded Reinsurance. Your ability to gather information effectively and prioritise assigned actuarial projects will be crucial for your success in this role.Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the Modelling team plansDeliver key Actuarial projects in line with Actuarial strategic visionPerform, analyse and document conclusions to assist Actuarial management with business decisionsProvide appropriate level of documentation and training to all users of actuarial workContribute to improving the Aspen actuarial processBuild and maintain positive relationships with Underwriters, Finance, Claims, Ceded Reinsurance, and other internal functionsGather information and contribute to prioritisation of assigned actuarial projectsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Senior Actuarial Analyst position at Aspen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in actuarial analysis, modelling, and communication. You have proven your capability in applying industry knowledge in shaping actuarial strategy. Your understanding of coding, database design & effective process flow sets you apart from others. You are proficient in programming languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, C#, R etc., which is advantageous for this role. Your excellent communication/interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
