As a Strategic Program Manager – Partner Integrations, you'll be the driving force behind high-impact ISV partnerships that extend Sovos solutions across multiple product lines and markets.This isn't just about managing timelines, it's about architecting seamless API-first integrations that deliver value to thousands of customers while coordinating across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Support, and Go-To-Market teams. You'll work at the intersection of technology and partnership strategy, ensuring that complex, multi-team initiatives launch on time, on target, and ready to scale.You'll serve as the bridge between Sovos and our ISV partners, building trusted relationships with partner program leadership while maintaining crystal-clear visibility across all workstreams. Think of yourself as the conductor of a global orchestra, ensuring every section knows when to play, what to deliver, and how it all comes together for a flawless performance.More Specifically, You WillBuild and maintain strong relationships with ISV program leadership to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and launch milestonesLead integrated planning sessions across Product, Engineering, and QA to align on quarterly goals, scope, sequencing, and timelinesRepresent the ISV integration within Quarterly Value Planning (QVP), ensuring dependencies and execution order are clearly definedCoordinate execution across multiple scrum teams, facilitating Scrum of Scrums and resolving blockers that could derail deliveryEnsure Technology develops a coordinated testing plan reviewed and approved by Product, Tech, and Implementation teamsPartner with GTM, Documentation, and Support teams to ensure organizational readiness and a unified go-live support planAggregate insights from all delivery teams to provide unified visibility, risk awareness, and progress reporting for leadershipCapture lessons learned and apply them to continuously improve future ISV execution and readiness processesWhat We Need From YouBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business, computer science, or related field).7+ years in technical or program management within SaaS or technology organizations.Proven success leading multi-team, API-first product delivery in an agile environment.Experience coordinating with external program management teams on delivery execution.Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, testing governance, and release readiness.Experience with ISV or embedded partner program delivery strongly preferred.Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools.Exceptional facilitation, executive communication, and presentation skills.Experience with compliance-driven SaaS products preferredWhat Does Sovos Offer You?The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and insideAn opportunity to work with a global teamBi-Weekly Meeting Free DaysMentoring ProgramsGlobally recognised Training and Development programsBenefitsSovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
