Experience required…

Essential:

UK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.

Experience on Highway/Infrastructure projects.

Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.

A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC 3 or 4 contract including control of the commercial, budget and finances.

Valid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications.

Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

An ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and understand the consequences of decisions.

Flexible, agile, and adaptable self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can take the initiative.



Desirable:

A full UK driving licence

APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner

Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject.
