With rapid growth and a strong international footprint, they’re now seeking a talented and driven Warehouse Logistics Manager from a 3PL and D2C / B2B background to join their expanding team in Nuneaton.What You’ll Be Doing:Warehouse & Delivery PerformanceOwn OTIF delivery performance across B2B and D2C channels (within 2% tolerance)Lead performance reviews with 3PL partner RhenusLeadership & Team DevelopmentManage and develop Customer Service and Warehouse teamsChampion a culture of accountability, efficiency, and customer focusUSA Warehouse OperationsLead operational excellence and successful growth of the USA warehouseDrive personalised fulfilment initiatives to elevate the customer experienceCost Control & EfficiencyManage warehouse spend within 14.5% of sales (0.5% tolerance)Identify and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising qualityWhat We’re Looking For:Strong background in Supply Chain, Logistics, and 3PL warehouse managementSolid experience in both B2B and D2C FMCG operationsProven leadership in cross-functional teams, with a focus on customer satisfactionHands-on experience in warehouse optimisation, and personalisationExposure to international logistics (particularly the US) is a bonusRequirements:Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations8+ years of supply chain/logistics experience, with 3–4+ years in a managerial capacityFMCG / retail industry experience essentialWhy Apply?
