Our client, based in, Surrey, is currently recruiting for a hybrid Homeownership Officer / Support on a temporary contract for up to 6 months


The position is due to start on Monday 1st July on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. The client is looking to do interviews on Tuesday 25th June.


The ideal candidate will have experience working in Homeownership or Leasehold in social housing and will be able to go in to the office in Surrey one day per week.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries, escalating appropriate cases to the Home Ownership Manager
  • Providing resale management packs (LP1s)
  • Maintaining all records and progress resales, lease extensions and any other transactions
  • Receipting Notices of Transfer and sending out welcome letters to new customers


Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing
  • Experience working with customers within housing


Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Leasehold and Homeownership
  • Service charge
