Our client is for a dynamic Strategic Compliance Manager to lead and elevate our environmental performance across wastewater treatment operations. This is a high-impact, strategic role with a clear development pathway-forming part of our succession plan for the Head of Wastewater Treatment. What You'll Do Lead the strategic direction for environmental and effluent quality performance. Monitor and report on key compliance metrics, identifying trends and driving proactive actions. Oversee investigations into compliance failures and environmental incidents, ensuring robust processes and valuable learning outcomes. Run internal audits, manage governance frameworks, and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with operational teams and capital delivery to embed environmental requirements. Produce high-quality, data-driven compliance reports for senior leaders and regulators. Champion a culture of environmental responsibility, continuous improvement, and digital innovation.
