??Position: Temporary Sales & Marketing Administrator??Location: LS15, Free Parking on-site

?? Hourly rate: £13.50 + Office Angels Benefits

?? Start Date: ASAP

?? End Date: 3 Months initially

?? Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

As the Temporary Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing team in their day-to-day operations. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as they go into a busy season for sales and product launches.
  • Creating new line forms, promotional calendar communications, raising POs, pulling and chasing information.
  • Assisting in New Product Development - setting up forms in Excel format and chasing information.
  • Understanding documents in order to manipulate and populate spreadsheets.
  • Working towards Target deadlines & the promotional calendar.
  • Tracking documents by product/skew.
  • Understanding and running formulas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; highly skilled in Excel.
  • Must be able to work at pace and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing is an advantage.
