Job DescriptionSkilled Coded Pipe Welder / Fabricator KirkbymoorsideWe are recruiting directly for an industry-leading engineering manufacturer based in Kirkbymoorside North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Coded Pipe Welder / Fabricator to join a world-class team delivering innovative subsea technology solutions used worldwide.This role offers variety technical challenge and the chance to work with exotic materials including Duplex Super Duplex Inconel Aluminium Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel ideal for welders looking to showcase and develop their skills within a precision engineering environment.The successful Coded Pipe Welder / Fabricator will be responsible for:Performing TIG MAG MMA and general welding to ISO BSEN 278 and ASME IX standardsSetting up fabricating and welding product components to a high standardReading and working from fabrication drawings welding procedures and operation sheetsEnsuring compliance with BS EN ISO 3834-2 welding quality systemFollowing safe working practices and maintaining excellent housekeepingWorking individually or as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality targetsThe successful Coded Pipe Welder / Fabricator will have:Evidence of current or previous welding codes and experience with coded welding testsStrong TIG welding skills in Stainless Steel Aluminium and Duplex (Flux Core)Confidence in reading and working from detailed fabrication and welding printsExperience with fabrication techniques including cutting fitting and assemblyKnowledge of ISO and ASME welding procedures and quality standardsA proactive safety-focused approach and ability to work as part of a teamIdeally additional training or certification such as Abrasive Wheels Gantry Crane CSWIP or PCNWhats on offer:Permanent full-time role with a global engineering leaderCompetitive pay and overtime opportunitiesExcellent training and upskilling opportunities in advanced welding techniquesModern well-equipped workshop environmentLong-term career stability with a business known for technical excellence Key Skills Controlling Experience,Hand Tools,Calipers,CNC Laser Cutting,Plasma Cutting,Press Brake Machine,Stamping Press,Fabrication,Welding,Heavy Lifting,Sign Manufacturing,Aviation Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
