Job Title: Vendor Manager Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000 Role Overview We're seeking an experienced and commercially mindedVendor Managerto take ownership of relationships with key technology partners and drive mutual growth across our sales and marketing channels. This is a pivotal role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic vendor engagement with hands-on sales enablement. You'll work closely with internal teams to align partner objectives, maximise revenue opportunities, and enhance our overall vendor programme performance. Key Responsibilities Vendor Partnership & Strategy Act as the main point of contact for assigned vendors, managing commercial, marketing, and operational alignment. Translate vendor goals and incentives into effective sales initiatives and campaigns. Work with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise product availability and forecasting. Manage joint business plans, performance reviews, and vendor scorecards to track progress and outcomes. Sales Enablement & Performance Provide sales teams with the training, tools, and product insights needed to drive vendor-aligned growth. Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and promotional ROI. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to promote vendor technologies and support customer opportunities. Contribute to bid and tender processes with vendor-specific knowledge and commercial input. Marketing & Demand Generation Partner with marketing to plan and execute co-branded campaigns and events. Maximise MDF and vendor marketing budgets to deliver measurable returns. Track campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements based on analytics and feedback. Relationship & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendor stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product management. Ensure internal teams remain aligned with vendor objectives through regular communication and reporting. Represent the company professionally at vendor meetings, events, and industry forums. Key Skills & Experience Demonstrable experience invendor management, channel management, or partner developmentwithin IT, technology, or distribution. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
