Job DescriptionData AnalystA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join a growing innovative business located in North Yorkshire within easy commuting distance of Harrogate Darlington and surrounding areas. Due to the semi-rural location access to your own transport will be important.In this key role youll be responsible for capturing analysing and reporting data to drive supply chain performance asset management and commercial decision-making.This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with salary dependent on experience.More than just technical skills this role is about making data meaningful communicating insights clearly and effectively to colleagues at every level from operational teams to senior leadership. Were looking for someone collaborative approachable and confident in presenting complex data in a clear actionable way.The RoleEnsure accurate and timely data capture across business operationsDevelop and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting toolsIntegrate information from multiple systemsIdentify and resolve data inconsistencies or gapsBuild real-time dashboards and performance reports (Power BI or similar)Translate data insights into clear recommendations across departmentsProvide predictive analytics to support operational and commercial planningTrack and report on sustainability and efficiency metricsPromote data best practice and accuracy across the businessWhat Youll BringEssentialStrong analytical skills and experience in reporting data analysis and forecastingProficiency with Excel SQL and BI toolsExperience automating data collection and reportingConfidence in presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple data sources and identify opportunities for improvementDesirableExperience in manufacturing FMCG or a related sectorFamiliarity with systems such as ERP CRM or finance packagesThis is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a real impact in a progressive company that values innovation teamwork and clear communication.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Data Analytics,Microsoft Access,SQL,Power BI,R,Data Visualization,Tableau,Data Management,Data Mining,SAS,Data Analysis Skills,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
