You will play a hands-on role in enhancing and embedding risk processes monitoring adherence to the risk framework and delivering research and analytical support to strengthen the businesss risk profile.This position also involves mentoring and supporting other members of the Risk team fostering their development through guidance and role modelling. You will take the lead in communicating and embedding risk policies building strong partnerships across the business to enhance risk awareness and delivering training to empower staff.As a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present confidently to management you will thrive in a collaborative environment.
