My client is seeking a a HR Advisor to join their team to support on both the monthly payroll process, and HR Advisory services.
We are looking for candidates with a good background in generalist HR including employee relations and coaching managers, as well as strong attention to detail, experience working with large data sets and the use of Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. This role is based in Leeds, and you must be able to travel to the office 4 days per week. This will be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills across the HR & Payroll space
Key experience required:
- management of employee relations cases including coaching managers through ER processes
- high accuracy and attention to detail
- comfortable working with large data sets
- strong Microsoft Excel experience
- capable of performing manual calculations relating to payroll and benefits
- team player
