Cable Jointers Power & Infrastructure Resourcing are looking for an experienced Cable Jointers for upcoming works in Dundee & North Scotland. Location: Dundee & North (Monday–Friday) Duration: Approx. 6 months starting March 2026 (likelihood of additional works to follow) Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday–Friday (competitive rates + tax-free subsistence) Sector: Power & Infrastructure Rates: Competitive Key Responsibilities * Carry out jointing and terminations on LV, 11kV, and 33kV cables * Install and commission new cable systems, including straight joints, breach joints, and terminations * Work on both live and dead LV networks when authorised * Read and interpret network drawings and work instructions * Ensure all work is delivered safely and in line with DNO standards and company policies * Complete risk assessments on site and maintain high standards of site safety * Liaise with site teams, third parties, and clients to support project delivery * Maintain accurate records including test results, job sheets, and as-built information * Report incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly in accordance with SHEQ requirements * Use and maintain tools, equipment, and PPE to required standards * Support apprentices and less experienced colleagues where needed * Ensure all work meets required technical and quality standards Ski...
