About the Role

As the company continues its rapid growth and investment in technology, we are seeking a Chief Business Architect to lead a comprehensive digital transformation across the group. This key role will drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage by delivering integrated ERP, CRM, data warehousing, and IoT telematics solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement business models, processes, and organizational structures that drive alignment between strategy and execution. This is a pivotal role that focuses on the business side of architecture, working to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and support growth. You will lead a team within a collaborative IT environment of 11 professionals, but this role is not a technical architect role. Instead, your focus will be on strategic planning, business process design, governance, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of business architecture strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Design business models and processes to support growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Align IT and business strategies to ensure cohesive delivery of services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, guiding decision-making and business outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business architecture roles (Chief Business Architect, Business Architect, Head of Business Architecture).
  • Strong understanding of business process design, organizational structures, and strategic alignment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, preferably with teams involved in business process optimization and architecture.
