Lettings Negotiator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Wymondham area, working as a Lettings Negotiator, within our client's well-established and successful office.The position will involve working in a small team and offers a varied working week.Ideally, our client would be looking for someone with previous Lettings Negotiator experience but would be open to someone who is new to the industry. Working hours:Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.30pm1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pmThe successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:Basic salary £26,000Potential of Car allowance (subject to experience)Ongoing trainingTo be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:Strong customer service skillsBasic understanding of the rental processAbility to work as part of a team as well as individually UK driving licenceAs a Lettings Negotiator,  your role will involve:Dealing with Property Maintenance issuesLettings NegotiatingReletting propertiesViewings
