Title: CTO – GenAI/LLMs

Salary: £130-150k + equity

Location: hybrid, 2 days in London HQ


A Founder-led Tech start-up are looking for a CTO to join at a very early stage. They are utilising the latest GenAI/LLM tools for everyday interactions and will be targeting businesses with their proprietary technology.


With Tech at the heart of the organisation, the CTO is going to play a critical role in defining the direction of the company and achieving their ambitious goals. You will need to align the company’s technology with their business goals, contributing to the overall strategic direction.


Responsibilities for CTO:

· Building and managing the tech team

· Architecting and overseeing deployment of the product

· Assuring the highest level of IT governance

· Managing procurement due diligence

· Managing tech budget

· Collaborating closely with internal & external stakeholders


Culturally, they value creativity, agility, and continuous learning, where they want everyone’s voice to be heard and good ideas valued. Experience managing teams where GenAI/LLMs are at the core of the product is essential, and a good understand of how & where it can be applied in a business setting is important.
