Technical Lead (AI & Fintech | London | Hybrid)Hyre AI is hiring on behalf of a VC-backed fintech building an AI-driven platform that transforms how investors access and manage alternative assets. The company has secured funding from leading investors and is now entering a major build-and-scale phase. We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help architect, build and scale a next-generation investment intelligence platform.Role OverviewYou’ll be the technical spearhead for an ambitious product at the intersection of AI and finance. You’ll stay close to the code while shaping architecture, mentoring future team members and delivering high-impact features across the stack.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and lead the build of an AI-driven investment intelligence platformWrite production-grade code across backend, frontend, infrastructure and AI integrationsCollaborate with CTO, product and data teams to deliver intelligent automation workflowsBuild, mentor and develop a high-performing engineering teamLead technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security and high-quality deliveryExplore and implement emerging AI and blockchain frameworks where relevantRequirementsEssential5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in a technical lead or team lead role.Deep expertise in C# / .NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web API development.Strong front-end experience with Angular 12+ and Angular Material.Proven experience designing and deploying microservices-based architectures.Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Google Vertex, LiteLLM, OpenAI API).Implement DevOps best practices for observability, monitoring, and cost-efficient scaling on Google Cloud (GCP)Working knowledge of Python for AI workflows and automation.
