DescriptionSalary 24796 - 25185 per annum 20 hours per week Permanent Part time St Marys Catholic Primary Fleetwood LancashireUnit Catering Supervisor (Grade 3)Lancashire County Council provide catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire serving over 60000 school meals per day and we are looking for committedindividuals to join the service at St Marys Catholic Primary Fleetwood providing high quality healthy balanced meals for school children.Key responsibilities:Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plansDirect and/or supervise other employeesOrder supplies and store deliveriesMaintain records and stock controlWhat we are looking for:Recognized catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirableExperience of catering for large numbers is also desirableWorking Hours/Days:Monday to FridayTerm time only20 hours per week 4hrs hrs per day although hours are variable depending upon school meal uptakeThis position is part time and term time only please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.The post you are applying for is covered by theRehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).
