Description Salary Per annum Permanent Part Time 30 hours per week Term Time Newfield Specialist SchoolBlackburn Unit Catering Supervisor at Newfield Special SCHOOL Blackburn. 30 hrs. a week (Grade 3) 8 am to 2pm approx. Monday to Friday. Term time onlyLancashire County Council provide catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire serving over 60000 school meals per day and we are looking for committedindividuals to join the service.You will work as part of a team providing high quality healthy balanced meals for school children.Key responsibilities:Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plans.Direct and/or supervise other employees.Order supplies and store deliveriesMaintain records and stock control.What we are looking for:Recognized catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirable.Experience of catering for large numbers is also desirable.Working Hours/Days:Monday to FridayTerm time only30 hours per week although hours are variable depending upon school meal uptake.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Abinitio,Corporate Banking,Logistics & Procurement,Consumer Durables,FX,Instrument Maintenance Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 24796 - 25185
