Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fund launches and updates on global websites, collaborating with internal teams (product development, legal, compliance, marketing, IT).
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date product information on websites at all times.
  • Define and implement website changes in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for product information related to websites and factsheets.
  • Work with data teams to address issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide quality assurance testing and leadership for key projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes.
  • Drive consensus and teamwork across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Experience in investment management, particularly ETFs and Mutual Funds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven product and project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new applications and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
