You will lead the team to feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that we have impressed each guest with personalized attention.What youll be doingAs Assistant Private Dining & Meetings Manager you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Banquets operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while ensuring department targets are met.Provide effective leadership to the F&B team to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the hotel and individual developmentManage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and proceduresWhat were looking forGreat conversational skills and teamwork-orientedPositive outlook and outgoing personalityPrevious banquet and food & beverage outlets supervisory experience is requiredThis role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
