Investment Manager based in the West End of London, are looking to bring on board a new Trade Support Analyst. This is a brand new headcount, so fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and make the position your own.


Responsibilities will include;


  • Analysing data from Custodian Fail Trade Reports actively fails managing.
  • Actioning all inbound queries from Brokers, Custodian, Corporate Actions and Reconciliations department
  • CTM broker matching APAC trades
  • MIFID Client Commission checking – checking research fee targets
  • Charles River order management system - trade monitor, checking broker details and agreed research targets
  • Corporate Action queries – investigating and validating inbound CA Claim queries with brokers, custodians and relevant CA Dept
  • Managing inbound /outbound queries. Creating outbound bubbles to brokers whilst fails managing.
  • Investigating Position discrepancies between APX and external Custodian Positions
  • Viewed CSDR monthly reconciliation process- full understanding of these fines
  • Accessing DTCC system to view Custodian to view custodian failing trades, outbound swifts
  • Viewing ALERT to confirm Fund SSI
  • Daily updating Journyx - Daily time sheets charged to Affiliates


To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have at least 18 months Middle Office/Trade Support experience, ideally from an Investment or Asset Management background.
