What youll do

  • You will be responsible for the ordering, and overall maintenance of the Bar Operations
  • Ensuring smooth preparation and serving drinks to guests in the Mezzanine and Lounge
  • Understanding a high standard of mixology to create classics and bespoke drinks in accordance with guests needs and expectations.
  • Be involved in creating drinks menus and ideas for Mezzanine and Lounge Bar
  • Maintaining positive interactions while accurately mixing/serving beverages to guests
  • Provide a friendly, personal and professional service at all times
  • Ensure good communication with all your superiors and colleagues
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of all the food and beverage offers
  • Ensure that all Company standards and procedures are met whilst on service.
  • Have excellent knowledge about classic and house cocktails to be able to execute them to perfection in a timely manner
