As a Kitchen Porter your responsibilities will include:Maintain daily hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areasControl and put away daily stock deliveriesWash dishes utensils and kitchen equipmentAssist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chefClean and sanitise work surfaces floors and wallsEmpty and clean waste binsOrganise and store cleaning suppliesAssist with unloading delivery vehicles when necessaryEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsReport any faulty equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisorAssist in inventory management and stock rotationMaintain a clean and tidy changing area and staff facilitiesSupport other kitchen staff during busy periodsYou will be required to work every other weekend.Additional Information : For almost 20 years for every client in every location (whether thats an office stadium cathedral or university) we have created beautiful spaces exciting menus and friendly teams so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.We need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
