Position: Fine Jewellery - Sales and Senior Sales ConsultantsJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: LondonSalary: £30,000-£39,000 per annum, plus commissionAbout the Position:Are you passionate about helping people find the perfect piece of jewellery to commemorate a special occasion, express their style, or simply add a touch of sparkle to their everyday lives? In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge and expertise to guide customers towards the perfect jewellery piece. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.Key Responsibilities:Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.Ability to serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.Upsell and cross-sell jewellery and related accessories.Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.Achieve individual and team sales goals.Participate in in-store events and promotions.About the Candidate:A minimum of one year luxury retail experience in Fine Jewellery experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.Passion for jewellery storytelling and a keen eye for style.Organised and detail oriented.Team player with a positive attitude.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a beautiful and dynamic environment.Comprehensive training and development program.Chance to build a rewarding career in the jewellery industry.Your journey with IRDOur dedicated recruitment team is committed to providing a prompt and personable recruitment process.
