They need somebody from an Agency background, that has had relationships with SaaS/Tech clients and if you’ve dealt with US clients, especially at enterprise level, then even better


The role of Senior Account Manager involves:


• Building and developing long-terms customer relationships.

• Understanding customers’ financial budgets, calendars and deadlines.

• Utilisiing your strong SEO knowledge to be able to offer the best solutions.

• Leading the delivery team to ensure deadlines and agreed timeframes are met.

• Acting in a timely manner for customer renewals to ensure continued relationships.

• Creating and presenting performance reports for customers and Management.

• Working closely with the SEO Manager and Project Manager for your customers.

• Responsible for a team of Client and Content Executives to support on delivering projects.


For the Senior Account Manager, you need:


• Previous experience working for a US client-base is advantageous.

• Experience within an Agency as a Client Manager, Account Director etc.

• Worked with SaaS or Tech clients, ideally at an enterprise level but this isn’t essential.


As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll get:


⭐ Basic salary up to £45,000 per annum.

⭐ Additional bonuses based on targets set.

⭐ Remote working – must be UK based and not require future sponsorship.

⭐ Christmas shut down of the office.

⭐ 9 day fortnight – every other Friday off PAID
